What should I do if the silicone layer folds over the foam ear tip?

We don't use glue in our products, so occasionally, the silicone layer may fold over, causing the foam tip to bulge out. If this happens, just:

1. Unroll the silicone layer.

2. Roll it back over to cover the foam tip.

Once reattached, check that the ear tip is firmly in place before inserting. For best results, clean both the ear tips and earplug body before every use, and replace the ear tips after 100 uses.
