On your Loop Switch™ 2 earplugs, you’ll find a mechanical dial and three circles representing the different noise-reduction modes. To adjust the volume, simply rotate the dial to line up with the circle for the mode you want.

Chatting in a busy coffee shop? Rotate the dial to the thin circle at the front for Engage™ Mode. It reduces volume by 20 dB (SNR), filtering out background noise while keeping conversations clear.

Rocking out at a concert? Turn the dial to the half-filled circle in the center for Experience™ Mode. Volume reduces by 23 dB without losing sound quality.

Need peace and quiet? Rotate the dial to the filled circle at the back for Quiet™ Mode – our strongest noise reduction setting at 26 dB.

Note: You can switch modes directly in your ear; you'll feel a gentle 'click’ when you move between modes.
